Baby Rock English was founded by Melissa Cokely and Denise Clarke.
Melissa is from Boston, USA. She studied literature at Boston University and moved to Barcelona in 1999. She has worked as an English teacher and teacher trainer in Spain and the United States. In 2005 she completed her Master’s degree in

Immigration and Intercultural Education at the University of Barcelona. Her son, Colby, was the inspiration for Baby Rock English.

Denise is from England. She has a degree in philosophy and is trained in secondary education. She has worked with children of all ages in both Spain and England. Denise has worked as an English teacher and teacher trainer in Spain and has lived in Barcelona for 10 years.
She holds a Master’s degree in Music Therapy from the University of Barcelona. |
